Last updated October 20, 2026. By using secondpaw.co or buying from Second Paw LLC ("we"), including through Facebook or Instagram, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to order.
Products. Our treats are supplements for dogs, not a replacement for a complete diet and not veterinary advice. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your veterinarian before feeding if your dog has a health condition, takes medication, or has allergies, and stop feeding if your dog reacts. The package label is the authoritative ingredient list; recipes may change.
Orders. Your order is an offer; we accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, resale, pricing or listing errors, or guarantee abuse; a refund of the amount paid is your only remedy. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; sales tax is collected where required. Subscriptions renew and charge your payment method at the interval you selected until you cancel before the next order processes. Promotions have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy are part of these terms.
Content. Everything on our site and packaging belongs to Second Paw LLC or its licensors; don't copy it or use it commercially. Reviews and photos you submit may be used in our marketing royalty-free. Don't misuse, scrape, or resell.
No warranties. Except for the 30-Day Happy Dog Guarantee, which is your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with a product, our products and site are provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, veterinary costs, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of our products or site or your breach of these terms. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises or it is barred.
Disputes. These terms are governed by Delaware law and the Federal Arbitration Act. Email info@secondpaw.co first and allow 30 days to resolve any dispute. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Rules. You and Second Paw waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class arbitration. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. If the class-action waiver is unenforceable for a claim, that claim will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts in Delaware. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase.
General. We aren't liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. By ordering you consent to order and account messages by email and, if you opt in, by text (reply STOP to cancel). These terms are the entire agreement; if any part is unenforceable, the rest remains; we may assign them, you may not; our not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. We may update these terms; the version posted when you order applies.
