Last updated October 20, 2026. Second Paw LLC ("we") operates secondpaw.co and our Facebook and Instagram shops.

What we collect. Name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order history, and messages you send us; payment details go directly to our payment processor and we never store card numbers. Automatically: IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed, and purchase activity, via cookies, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, and similar tools. From Meta: limited data about your interaction with our shop, under Meta's terms.

How we use it. To fulfill and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, measure and improve our store and ads, and send marketing you can opt out of at any time. We don't sell personal information. We share it only with providers who need it to serve you — Shopify (store and checkout), payment processors, ShipBob (fulfillment), carriers, email and support tools, and Meta and Google (shop features and ad measurement) — and when required by law, to protect our rights, or in a business transfer.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from marketing via any email's link. To access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of targeted advertising under your state's privacy law, email info@secondpaw.co; we'll respond within 45 days and won't discriminate for exercising your rights. Manage cookies in your browser and ad preferences at optout.aboutads.info. We keep order records as long as tax and legal obligations require.

Our site is for adults 18 and over; we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We may update this policy by posting a new version here.
