Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States (all 50 states and D.C.). We don't ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days (5–10 for Alaska and Hawaii). Delivery dates are carrier estimates, not guarantees; delays are not grounds for a refund. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. We can't change an address after an order ships; packages returned for a bad address are reshipped once at no charge. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email info@secondpaw.co within 7 days with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it. Claims made more than 30 days after the ship date can't be honored. We may limit quantities and decline orders we believe are for resale.
